Haha I dunno, I'd just guess that the Cyndaquil wouldn't like rain, being a fire type. :'P

Gift for my sweet friend ~Sutefu-Kasaichi. :heart: she told me her favourite pokemon is Cyndaquil, so I thought would draw her something. c:
I had no idea what I was going to do with the colours in this, I just didn't want the typical blue/green/gray palette for rain, so it ended up in some purple/red colour. :'P
Oh gosh, and Snivy's legs pffff haha :XD:
